演講嘉賓 Speaker :  Prof. Tony Tong ( UMN.edu ITU.edu ),  will start with the history of money, filled with conflict and competition and the history of crypto-currency. He will then then take a deep dive into its current regulatory environment around the world where major exchanges are facing critical sanctions and challenges, introducing how regulators are shaping the digital assets industry (or trying to). The webinar will emphasize Hong Kong's role in the blockchain sphere including smart contracts, security tokens and their offering, "DeFi" (or decentralized finance), non-fungible tokens "NFTs", the Metaverse, "GameFi", ETFs, Fintech, regulations, and more.
